For the entire first season, Game of Thrones played out like a typical fantasy narrative. Viewers had the main character: Ned Stark. And his family—Catelyn, Robb, Jon, Sansa, Arya, Bran, and Rickon—played the central in the story. But then, at the end of Season One, Ned got his head chopped off. Suddenly, this series had no main character. Robb went off to fight a war, Bran and Rickon were stuck in Winterfell, Sansa in King's Landing, Arya went into hiding, Catelyn went off on her own. The characters were scattered, and now most are dead or in totally different parts of the world.

In Episode Two of Season Six, we see Bran for the first time since the end of Season Four. He's been hanging out in a tree learning to warg from the Three-Eyed Raven. We have tabs on all the other remaining Starks, except for one: Where the hell is Rickon? The youngest Stark went off with his direwolf Shaggydog and the wildling Osha at the end of Season Three.

In an interview with BBC Radio 1, Maisie Williams revealed that Rickon—who we wouldn't blame you for forgetting about—will return this season. A caller asked if Rickon would make an appearance in Season Six. At first she gave a tentative, "Yes...maybe." Then later gave a better response: "Yes, we will indeed...Oh no, I'm literally going to get off the air and someone's going to email me!"

Like Bran, Rickon's probably a grown-ass man now. Remember he looked like this?
